Can you reserve a table?
Due to the fast moving nature of our business, we do not offer the opportunity to reserve tables in advance as we seat customers on arrival. We do place a reserved notice on some of our larger tables as this helps us manage tables. Otherwise in the event we have no tables free, we can take your mobile number and call you when a table come available, while you have a walk around beautiful Lytham.
Do you have free parking?
We are situated on the corner of Queen Street & Henry Street. There is free parking is available on Queen Street (although spaces are limited) and also a few spaces on Henry Street (with timed restrictions). Otherwise there are several pay and display options only a few mins walk away from the cafe too.
Do you offer vegan options?
We always will have a few vegan options available and dependant on how busy we are we can create something to suit.
Do you offer milk alternatives?
We always range both Alpro Soya milk and Oatly Oat milk (Barista).
Are you dog friendly?
We will always be dog friendly to well behaved dogs and customers who fully respect our space and their fellow customers too. We always aim to keep the cafe spotless at all times.
What Food Hygiene Rating Do You Hold?
We are extremely proud to have always held a 5 star rating from Fylde Borough Council, since opening in 2015.
Do you buy second-hand vinyl records?
We only range and sell brand new vinyl records. We would be happy to point you in the right direction if you do have a collection you are looking to move on.
Are you hiring staff?
We are proud of our band and take recruiting very seriously to ensure any new team members are the right fit for our business. We welcome and save any CV’s applications incase a position becomes available. The only strict policy we have is we only employ people over 16. Otherwise check out our social media platforms as this is where we send to promote any available positions.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
We have worked with another local business to create a smart laser cut branded gift voucher. These start at any value over £25 and can be used for any purchase in the cafe including vinyl records and, Sonos.
Do you hold events?
Everything we do revolves around music and recommend you follow us on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) as this is where we will post any event announcements.
Can you pay with credit card?
We do accept payment by credit card or indeed cash if preferred.
Are you open on Bank Holidays??
We are always open on most public Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day & Boxing day),
Do You Have A Loyalty Card?
For regular visitors they can request a VGC loyalty card where you can receive one stamp (per visit) with benefits after you have collected a total of nine stamps.
Can You Request A Favourite Artist /Song?
We always play a great selection of music in the background also at a modest volume so you can both enjoy and hold a conversation. We are always happy to play any request providing the music does not offend the rest of our customers. Please do not hesitate to ask?
What Is The Green Paint Used Throughout The Cafe?
We are always asked this question weekly, the brand is ‘Farrow & Ball’ and the paint is called ‘Blue Grey 91’.
